Takashi Kako Takashi Kako studied to learn piano in early childhood, then studied at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music and after that studied at University of Fine Arts and Music. Kako has established his own unique style, which transcends accepted musical genre. Kako worked on piano music, chamber music and orchestral music as a composer, he has also written soundtracks for films and television, scores for dramatic and musical theater, and music for TV commercials. His performances were through Japan, Europe, United States, China, Russia. The interpretations of this "poet on piano", as he has been called, appear deserving of all such descriptions as radiant, mystic, warm, tender, extraordinary, daring, elaborately structured, calm, melancholic, romantic. ![]() |
