Petrof Australasia (TrackLink Communications Pty Ltd) today announced the imminent arrival of a container full of hand-crafted Petrof pianos. “We were very fortunate to secure a shipment” commented Michelle Conway from Tracklink. “The flagship pianos of the Master Series are crafted by hand and take approximately 9 months from start to finish – so it’s not like there is a warehouse full of stock that we can draw from!” The stunning new models of the Standard Series of pianos (Bora, Breeze & Storm) will arrive in November 2009 and they combine the best of both worlds – technology and expert craftsmanship. All models have precisely tapered soundboards that are computer designed, measured and set, then finely completed by hand by Petrof’s craftsmen and women in the tradition of fine European Pianos. The assembly operations (including the working of bridges, positioning of the iron plate, regulation of keyboard & action and shaping of the hammerheads) are all done by hand. With the Australian dollar going from strength to strength and the pianos arriving before Christmas, it may be time to consider how you can enhance your life with a hand-crafted European piano.
